Super service from Telkom and Zakhele

My phone line stopped working on Friday. I reported it to Telkom but had no hope of getting any joy based on previous experience with Telkom. I couldn't believe it! We were kept updated on the repair via sms and Zakhele came to my house and repaired the line on a SUNDAY. Unbelievable... great service and a great attitude from Zakhele. Thanks.
