I have been struggling with 8ta for a while now. Today i noticed they have tried to debit my account..Its the 13th of the month by the way. After numerous attempts to cancel my contract or in fact NOT renew it after it expired at the end of September. I lost my job and cannot pay. No one has even contacted me even after I went to the store and logged a query there. I canot pay anymore, i have made about 15 calls to 8ta in the past 3 to 4 months, and still nothing. Today the call centre kept on kicking my line. I think i have been more than patient on this issue for far too long, and I hate making myself sound like a monster but this is getting absurd and its costing me money that i really DO NOT HAVE
