Non-performance in terms of contractual agreement

I refer to a previous report regarding the "lack of service " from Vodacom (7day out of box failure).

On 12 Dec 2013 (this being the 2nd phone of a particular brand giving technical problems) again within the 7day out of box failure period, I contacted the Vodashop informing them (Denise - manager), that this was the situation and could they please honour their contractual agreement and exchange the phone immediately as instructed and agreed to by Tremaine Boer (RM Operations).

When I visited the shop, I was blatantly told that they would NOT honour their agreement, since that is not how they work. They would take in the phone, send it away and I would have to wait for a decision from Tremaine Boer (RM Operations).

Despite the fact that there were witnesses in the shop when the agreement was reached Denise (manager) now indicated that I (the client) was lying and that neither she nor Tremaine Boer had made the commitment (contractual agreement) I referred to.

Again, no loan phone, replacement phone, or assistance from Vodacom was offered and they took in the faulty phone indicating that they would get back to me once they finished the process.

ZERO service ZERO integrity
