I called in the call center this morning at 8th complaining about my Data billing..which I think its ridiculous..
The consultant told me that it shows that i bought data 5 minutes ago, at that time but she cannot see where it disappeared to as "their systems have not updated", so she said she would call me and advise me what happened to it, because it is really absurd that my data just vanishes on my phone.. This happened this morning at 07:15 am.. the time now is 15:30.. still no call from her.. IM DISGUSTED BY THEIR SERVICE
