MTN not interested in my Business?

I have being trying to take out a MTN contract for more than a month now, it seems that the staff are very unfriendly and not helpful. My 1st issue came when I ordered the Nokia Lumia 920 VIA MTN direct, the phone arrived and never worked. I had to then take it to a service centre where the lady told me once she receives the phone she will dispatch a new one, 3 days later I was told she has not dispatched one and because im now irritated she will cancel the contract and i can go to the store and apply for the phone. Despite my annoyance at her lack of enthusiasm or assistance I went to the MTN store in Greenstone, stood in a queue for more than an hour only to get told I must leave all my documents there and they will re apply for the contact. This was the 3rd of December 2013. On the 5th of December I received an SMS from MTN telling me the contract was approved I must wait for the dealer to contact me. The dealer never contacted me, i made numerous calls to the store to get told call back. On 10 December sifiso calls me to tell me the contacts approved but it takes 2 days before I can get the phone. Now no one at the store picks up the phone. Are you interested in my Business?
