Once again, pathetic Telkom service

Once again, I am encountering poor service from Telkom. I am quite a heavy gamer and need the internet speed that I am promised, not that I'm getting it at all. Nor are many of my friends, they seem to have a similar problem. HIGH AS PING (ms/delay) and not even browsing speeds are what they are supposed to be. What exactly is going on? I don't know, but please just fix it.
