No Response to Phone

My phone was handed into this shop for repairs in April 2013. While it was with them it got. Since then, they have to me about the phone still being in the workshop. When I demanded an explanation, they admitted the phone got while it was with them. Since then, they have done nothing to compensate me. I just get silence or am told to come back in a week's time when they will have an answer for me. It is now about 7 months later and they still haven't decided how they are going to deal with it. Is this the way to get your customers to trust you and to be loyal to you? I think not! I have 2 cell phone contracts with them that I have had for 10 years plus. When it comes up for renewal in the new year, I will certainly be looking for a new service provider!
