Insured phone - STILL NOT RETURNED!!!

I have sent in my phone in for repairs in Nov 2013. I call every Monday/week in order to enquire about my phone and the same story ''its with the repair department''. I do get a sms after my call, telling me the same thing ''its with the technical department'' - How does that help? My phone is insured and it has been accepted by the insurance so ''what is the hold up''. I pay my monthly fees and am never late but they still take their time to return the phone.

I called the branch as well as the customer service and its always the same STORY.

Totally frustrated and annoyed
