Worst Service Provider EVER!!!

Ridiculous service!!! Don't even know where to begin!! I will never ever recommend anyone to use them as a service provider, a 2 year contract is a ridiculous amount of time to deal with their.
1) Value added services added to my account without my permission
2) Logged a credit with 4 consultants in which only 1 had actually logged the credit - so basically i called and called and called for nothing
3) Sat for an hour with the call center in which I probably spoke to a consultant for 5 min - 9th January 2012
4) Received a message debarring me from outgoing calls for no apparent reason - 9 th January 2012
5) Had a reallllly rude consultant that has no customer service skills at all! he refused to put me through to his supervisor 10th January 2012
6) Basically no CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CUSTOMER CARE!!!

Thank you Altech for your pathetic service! highly disappointed
