Can't assist and put on hold

Today was the 3rd time I called and is put on hold for cancellation department. It is redicioulis to been waiting for 10 minutes and stiill not helped to cancel my contract. When you want to open an account surely they assist immediately. It is to put off customers canceling contracts. The call center cant even assist after waiting 5 minutes to locate the cancellation departments email address. Can someone call me in order to cancel my contract?
