MTN has still got me on ITC after a year???

I have owed MTN money whereby I have settled them with the full amount of R 3 785.62 which was given by them and I have made full payment of R 3785.62 on the 17 February 2012. I am still listed on ITC after a year regarding this case and cannot get a new contract/car finance or even a home loan regarding this mess up of MTN Legal. I am phoning and e-mailing everybody but only get empty promises of call backs which never hapens! I am being to over and over, getting send all over the place but with no end in sight! This is the worst service I have ever recieved and I have been an MTN client for years now! Should I get m Lawyer involved or what the should I do? I am very, very fed up with this service and believe I should go to naspers stating what load of MTN is all about!!!
