Rainbow Finance is a useless institute

My wife and I have been applying for a home loan through our bank, We got notified that we have been Listed by Rainbow finance for an outstanding amount of R5473.00 and because of that Judgement we will not be able to get the home loan.

When my wife contacted them, a consultant by the name of Bongisile laughed at my wife, when my wife explained that we were going to contact the CPA, she got told to do whatever she wants. I drove to Rainbow to find out what was going on and got told that I was in arrears for the amount of R969.00, could not understand why I got listed for R5473.00? I settled the account in full, which was R2230.00! When I asked about the amount of R5473.00 I got told ITC made the mistake and that they had nothing to do with it...!

So due to their incompetence I lost the Bond that My wife and I i Applied for.
I am definitely taking this matter up with the CPA and this wont be the last that they will hear of me!!!
