Changing orde

I ordered a tablet via your call centre yesterday & called back the same day to change the tablet size. The consultant called me back yesterday but I was in a meeting and called me back today.
I asked him to change the size from a 7 inch to a 10 inch and his answer, my order is already processed and I will need to return the tablet once my order is delivered. Did not argue with this cause I was tired of being let down by you guys. Initially I wanted the tablet deal with the Drifta as per your website and only to be told that the special is over so bit the bullet and took the deal I was given. And now to be told sorry for you again, I dont think so. If you can't change the table size and deliver the order I requested then cancel the order and I will ensure that I also cancel my other 3 contracts with you.
Let's see if you will be able to make me BELIEVE IN YOUR SERVICE. One last thing why is accessing data in the evenings such a hassle in the evenings. It keeps timing out.
