A promotional Samsung S5301 (pocket data), benefits iclude: 5GB internet data, U-tube downloading and other features10GB, no subscription-, sim-, admin fees PLUS first 12 month calls made to land line and 8TA numbers unlimited for FREE. PLUS 100 free minutes per month to other networks at 99cents per minute. This was confirmed by Kevin and Brandon, cell numbers 0846134747 and (unreachable call centre numbers) 0210017500 and 0210030110. According to both mentioned ''this offer is only R109/m straight costs for membership for 2 years ALL INCUSIVE''. No other/extra costs involved. The costs now received via voice message (approx. one week after cellphone was delivered) is for a bill of R856.48 first invoice, immediately payable, and monthly fee R449.00. This is illegal advertising and a deceptive promotion and will be reported to the consumer council for investigation. Desired solution: cancel this contract with immediate effect.
