Altech: Service Suspended due to credit card cloned

My MasterCard was cloned. Cash was withdrawn in Bangkok by.
On receipt of my new card, I contacted Altech (Monday / Tuesday 2/3rd Nov 2013 to advise them that the debit order would not go through and I provided them with my DDA account for the deduction to go off on.
This morning 5th Dec, I received an sms telling me to submit payment including a R49 reconnection fee. I phoned Altech again. They advised that they would debit my account tonight. Received another MMS at about midday repeating the message essentially.
I phoned again and spoke to Jocelyn, the supervisor who advised that I had made arrangements and that the MMS was sent before I made the arrangements. Due to slow network connectivity, the MMS had only reached me now. She apologised.
I used my phone on my way home at about 2:34pm - it worked.
I need to use my phone now and it tells me that the account has been suspended.

I am LIVID to say the least. i feel that Altech can take both contracts and "shove them you know where! "

I want recourse and compensation!!!
