I am a Mweb client for a decade and they were providing service according to agreement and since 1st Dec 2013, they started ripping off clients especially 4mb/sec ADSL customers downgraded to below 3mb/sec to introduce a 6mb/sec ADSL service to milk customers!
After complaining to technical dept of Mweb, call service agent confirmed that, in the future 4mb/sec customers like me would only get 3mb/sec, what a breach of contract!
