Waiting for nothing

I bought a sony experia on sunday 24/11/213, then I realised the phone was not performing the way it suppose to, then I took it back on 30/11/2013, so the person who was on duty on that day promised to have a new phone for me on same Monday of 02/12/2013 but no one has called me to give me update.
