I'm on a business contract with 8ta. I reported my handset and did the necessary procedures to block the account. After loosing the battle with the handset I opted to buy a new handset to continue the contract. I called in from the day I bought the handset which was Sat 30th Dec, in order to lift the suspension and initiate the sim swop. From that day I was told that they were having system problems and that I would be contacted for an update. Sat goes by and nothing. Sunday I called again and again was promised that somebody will contact me. Even if the update was to say we are still having problems can I please wait a day or two. Always I was left with the impression that my case will be sorted in a matter of a few hours and Sammuel would contact me. I called everyday up until today. Today (Wed 3rd Dec) I called again as once again I was promised a phone call by 11am to which I received no phone call. I was told Sammuel will call after 10min to which he has still not called. I have spent over R400 in airtime from my landline trying to rectify the problem and each time I call in I have to wait at least 15min before somebody answers. I'm loosing out on business!! Very Angry!
