Whats new? So I supply all documentation to 'customer services' regarding my grossly over billed account, TO NO FAULT OF MY OWN but simply due to administration mismanagement on branch level... to date, since May 2013, I still call head office on a daily basis and email too in the hope that SOMEONE will come to my rescue - Why am I such a sucker for punishment, I don't know? Why they don't respond, I don't know! Why can I not get my money back, I don't know. If you have run out of airtime send me a 'please call me' and I will call you back just so I can claim whats owing to me... saddened i'm brought to writing about this on a website AGAIN. Do your job and fulfill your CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Till then I'm holding my breath.
