Upgrades information conflicting

I lodge this complaint everytime i am due for an upgrade, vodaocm stores and upgrade lines give conflicting information, my upgrade is due ont he 14/02/2013 and was advised that i could upgrade from the 01/02/2013, i called vodashop trade route who advised i could only upgrade 5 days prior yet last year i could do it formt he 1st of the new month. i would like to upgrade tomorrow, pleas ecan someone sort out or assist
