Pathetic service received before closing of store

Before leaving Auckland park my place of employment I called mtn east rand mall next to sportscene to find out what time they close and was told at 6pm, my husband and I were there at 17:45pm and there was two white customers in front of us and they were allowed to enter the store for something that Andries said will take 30minutes to activate, we were refused entry and what we required was a micro SIM card for the new handset that my husband obtained at campus square mtn today (why they didn't tell him that he needs to get a micro SIM card in the first place only know), Andries Nortjie slammed the door in front of us and told us the store closed, what puzzles me is is the store closed because of us being black and supposedly not knowing our rights!!! I'm a Mtn contract customer for over 6yrs and the service I have received from them is appalling to say the least and right disheartening as this is the second time I have been reminded that I'm just a statistics no wonder Mtn is not even doing well and it's our monthly fees that keep them afloat.i have been assured that someone will contact me this I wait to see cos the last time I drove to fairlands for all.
