VODACOM NETWORK FAILURE!!!

I am sick and tired of Vodacom's constant and consistent network failure in the Kuruman area!!! Every now and gain the network goes down COMPLETELY. I have family and friends in town and we are all experiencing the same issues. The network just drops and then anywhere between 2 and 48 hours it is back up again. Noone is able to provide a reason for this and nothing is being done. Every time we are told that there are 3 towers planned for the area, but this has been going on for more than TWO YEARS NOW!!!

We don't care what the reasons are or what challenges Vodacom is facing. We pay the same amount of money that subscribers in other areas of the country is paying, we INSIST on having the same coverage and service!!! Stop sponsoring Rugby and other sport and spending money on publicity and public brownie points. Rather focus on delivering on your contractual agreements with current customers!!!

SICK AND TIRED OF THIS APPALLING SERVICE!!! FIX IT!!!
