In July i ordered a two phone deal from lucrecia from altech atuto page head office, i orded a white bb and nokia, i received a black bb and days later even after calling she gave NO service.
I then called her again, and told her to change my top up 200 to a top up 100 - she assured me it was done.
I get my first debit of 479 odd-i phone auto page-they then pass a credit of 192 odd - i also then cancel my bb subscription informing them my phone was and i got another phone in replacement and did not need the bb service any more, they assured me it was taken off. i then get a sms saying they are debiting my account for 400 and odd rand and that with the credit of 192 off? My premium is 400 and odd minus the bb it comes down to 380 odd, this was confirmed on a recorded conversation-but guess what they deducted the money any way-after i called in on thursday and asked a supervisor to listen to my recorded calls to see what the credit controller told me my premium was - (he did that on the phone) nobody has called and they still took my money-the lady still states my premium is 600 and odd rand - that is NOT what lucreatia said! Violation of consumer protection act! Lawyers coming
