UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTION FROM ACCOUNT!!!

I am beyond angry and frustrated at the extremely poor service I have received from Nashua Mobile. I took out a new contract end of October and was required to pay in a holding deposit, which I paid in-store, Canal Walk Cape Town. I then received a subsequent invoice stating that the already PAID holding deposit is going to be deducted from my bank account. After having lodged this complaint with the in-store consultant who helped me with the account, the consultant Marlyn Van Graan, spent close to an hour over the phone with head office regarding this issue and Head Office apparently acknowledged they made a mistake and that this ALREADY PAID holding deposit will not be deducted end of November. Well, Nashua Mobile, you deducted the amount from my account anyway!!!

What was the point of paying the deposit in-store???!!! A deposit I was informed I would need to pay if the new contract is to be opened??? I demand immediate reimbursement without fail and without excuse!!!
