Call Centre is CLOSED!!! Are you kidding me???

I bought recharge voucher yesterday for data bundles punched recharge vouchers but I got a msg saying it will be update in 24 hrs. I didn't understand that I then decided to call the call centre guess all lines are currently BUSY till this hours!!! This is frustrating I need to use my data bundles for chats and other social networks. This is. MTN service now and they have been doing nonsense for a while now and their staff is RUDE.
