No explanation for an excessive bill

I had a mtn data bundle contract which was meant to end in Aug. Aug bill was more than R1700 extra. When I enquired I was told I had used lots of data and that my contract was no longer a top up.
I terminated the contract. Sept bill came back with a bill of more than R3000 extra. I spoke to Thato Hadebe on 6 Nov. I was promised a detailed statement after 7days. Been calling since then. On 26 Nov Shoki referred me to Portia who promised me an email after 24hrs. I called back on 29 Nov and I spoke to Steven Fynn who refused to put me through Portia. Like the rest of them he made promises
I don't know why this is taking so long. I never had such issues with Vodacom.
If they can't find evidence then give me my money back
