I received a very unsatisfying response from Pieter Cilliers on 12 Nov to which I responded on the same day advising that I am not happy with his response. TO DATE I have not heard from him or Nashua Mobile again. I must say that it doesn't look like Nashua Mobile is particularly focused on customer service and worried about loosing their clients. PATHETIC, PATHETIC!
