I would like to thank Tshepiso for following up on my request for international roaming on my phone, which i had previously called about 3 times for other consultants to activate with no avail. Tshepiso had a wonderful and friendly attitude, not only she followed up after a few hours, she even went the extra mile in calling my back to check if all my problem was solved, i would hope all others could learn from her as this has definitely improved my confidence in Virgin Mobile, and with service like this I would consider introducing all my friends and family to Virgin Mobile (I work at a radio station), this is by far one of the best service received, even comparing to other telecommunication company (I also have contracts with Vodacom, 8ta) Thank you again Tshepiso for making my day! bless you!
