ITC NUMBER FOR PHONE

My cellphone was on Wednesday 20 November 2013. I phoned and reported it immediately and was told that an ITC number will be sms'd to me withing 24 hours.By 25 November I went to the branch in Clearwater and they put in another request for an ITC number, but still today 28 November I have not received the ITC number! I need this ITC number to claim for the phone, in order to buy another phone. Please let me have the ITC number as soon as possible!!! Or did they mean 24 YEARS???
