I upgraded my phone online on the Vodacom website mid October. The process was quick and easy and in 2 days I had a new phone and it was up and running. However, the package I chose online offers the customers an exclusive online special of 1 GB extra for 6 Months. I have not received this data at all. I have phoned various departments on numerous occasions and a service report was laid on the 11 November, and I was told that the issue would be addressed in 24-48 Hour. it has since been 12 Working days and not one person has contacted me back. I phoned back almost everyday to follow up and no one has helped, the only response i get is that i will be helped in 48 Hours, but no one gets back to me and the issue is still unresolved. I am extremely dissapointed in the service form Vodacom. Offering clients free Data that the client then has to fight for. I hope this issue can be resolved soon as i am becoming very annoyed with the service from vodacom...
