Dear Sir/Madam ever since last Friday 22 November 2013 i tried to log on the internet it was nt working i called cell c nobody knew anything instead i was called by primrose from the technical dept who made me unstall and re install the cell c connector she closd the case the problem still has not been resolved.i didn't get feed back to say my internet was period was extended.over this weekend i kept calling cell c call centre, then transferred to the technical department different consultants was giving me different information of what i should do i did all that was told to me yet the problem continues i cannot use my internet i had to make a few internet banking payments before 00;00pm Sunday yet i couldn't no communication was sent to the client notifying us of the sever shut down.i am extremely upset because I need to make payments for my bills plus I need to sort out some stuff. I am so upset.plz invest in equipment etc so that we dont have to have theses issues.
