Cell C
Bad service delivery

I have 2 new contracts with Cell C and I am getting appalling network coverage and service. I continually lose bis and 3g signal. I have logged numerous complaints, with very little results. Is there any way out this contract due to no performance on the suppliers part?
How can I force a meaningful response from these people
