On 20 Nov I upgraded my vodacom contract to a 4G S4 Samsung. However what I got was a old 3G. I noticed this the on 21st when we upgraded my husbands contract fot the same & got the correct product. The S4 LTE. When I went to complain about this I was met with a no care attitude. It also took 3 hours to get the smaller simcard for the 2nd upgrade as both the vodacom shops in kolonade told us they did not have stock. After a struggle that took nearly 3 hours a different consultant went to the back and got one with the words, theyed rather help somebody wanting to purchase phone with a simcard than somebody coming in for a new simcard with an excisting contract. With all of this I was told that the 1400min that havehepedup on account falls away because I have upgraded. It took nearly 38hours before the simcard got accivated, which caused a huge problem as the other was disconnected 2 hours after. Vodacom service is really becoming very Bad. We have 3 contracts with this supplier totalling 2500p/month should we not be getting the same service as a new customer?
