So I upgraded my ADSL package after being with this amazing company for almost a year now.
In that time, I've only had minor internet issues, and none of those times Afrihost was at fault, but they still did their best to help me fix the issues or to keep me updated when the Telkom lines were being worked on.
I used the automated upgrade feature but missed a step (due to me not reading). Called them to ask when the upgrade will be done and received reply that I did not do the complete request. But instead of stopping there and leave me hanging as so much companies will do in such a situation, the call center guy helped me to get it set and running in no time at all.
Thanx for going the extra mile! Calling them is never a bad idea as they are ALWAYS fast, efficient and helpful. Thanx guys and girls!
