THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME I AM NOT MYSELF

For all the fruitless systems I have ever come across I have experienced with Cell C! They use a ITC system that apparently has information which is so outdated or inaccurate that I failed their security check. How do they expect me to remember my home telephone that I have not used since 2006. There is also my work number from my very first job out of high school, am I supposed to remember that too! As well as they say that I have had my current cell number since 2007 which is a lie! You are useless. Stop wasting your customers time with these fruitless security checks. Rather use a system that doesn't require that you go through the last 30 years of your life and check every detail of your history! I have my own Experian report I will email to you should you wish, surely someone who is apparently not me would not have access to such information! You could have at least warned me so I could have had it open before you called. And while I am complaining about Cell C, can I add that you people never send me invoices but take my money so easily! I have to beg for invoices. I have just decided that after my contracts are finished I want nothing to do with Cell C!
