I took up a contract with these guys 25/09/2013 fot a sony experia v. I cannot believe that I have had to hand the phone in for repairs for the 3rd time already 2 DAYS AFTER I COLLECTED FROM THE SHOP AND ON MY BIRTHDAY.It has taken them about 2 weeks to return the phone back to me THE LAST TWO REPAIRS and the problem still persists. I have 23 more months to go and I am not very confident with this device at all, in fact I am very frustrated to sound polite. I am currently without a phone, my 6 year old daughter is graduating next week and I have no way of capturing the moment. Client services is a waist of time and as customers we have no way of voicing our concerns except through them and that's if they follow SOP. I honestly regret ever walking into that shop now.
