I want to lay a complaint Against Cloudy Alerts: Big mobile!!! So i got R15 airtime from my husband on the 18 November 2013 to call my grandma for her birthday... I phoned her and we did not talk long because I still had R10.32 cents left on my account. Then yesterday I got this sms from this company claiming that I subscribed to them and are paying R10/-day service fees of witch I know nothing about!!! Reminder: You are subscribed to CloudyAlerts: Bigmobile [URL Removed] cost R10/day. For help call 0875502269. To unsub, sms stop to 43839. And surely when I opened my airtime account there where only R0, 32c left on it!!! How could this happen to innocent people like me!? I never subscrbed to that site and yet my money gets, I don't even know what the site does or where to enter it.. My heart is very sore because my money was AND tomorrow when I load some airtime again they WILL just deduct the oustanding amount for every day I didn't pay aswell?!? I'm totally disgusted!!! PLease can somebody help me to get rid of these people?
