Why are they offering us another phone

I have received 2 calls in the last week from Yellow Mobile. I know they are a service provider yet they keep telling me they are MTN, and they would like to offer me and my wife a new cellphone contract. The funny thing is if they really represent MTN they would see that I have two contracts already, and would not need one more. Would really like to know why they are offering me additional products if I am already a customer. I truly feel this is very bad CRM and not even mentioning bad publicity.

Would like them to take me off their caller list!!!
