I was looking to find out what the availability of DSL is in the new Area I am moving into, which just so happens to be Die Hoewes in Centurion. The apartment I am moving into has been standing for about 15 years. So to my surprise Telkom tells me that there is absolutely no DSL anywhere close to the new Apartment.

And this is where I kinda lost it, no cabling in an area that is 30 years old... How is that even remotely possible, especially when Telkom Claims that even rural areas have access to DSL.

So, the Apartment Building is not listed by them, I accepted that and moved on asking if they can send me through to someone in order to get the building listed. I was told "No, I don't know who does that", after inquiring again I was told "I don't have access to the number of the Cabling Department". So I figured I have been to once by the Telkom representative, and I won't allow this again.

I want the new Apartment and the Entire building able to access DSL within November still, because this is not acceptable and I won't be to and pushed around by incompetent people.
