Flexicell
Unauthorised billing of my account

I don't have any account with Flexicell on on 15/11 and 16/11, Flexicell tried to debit R99 from my account on both occasions.
I did not have sufficient funds in my account and the bank charged me twice for this irregularity.
Please help.
