Getting charged for data when I have BIS

On 16 November I did a balance check on my account. There was over R30. Two hours later, and there is only three rand left. I have BIS and have not watched YouTube or done any downloads, except for an application (what;s app and wechat. Never before have I paid for application downloads. When I went on the mini statement, I saw that I get charged for all the browsing. That is breach of contract, as the BIS that I paid for, is supposed to include that. This morning, even more airtime was gone. When reporting to customer service, I receive an SMS that it will take two weeks to audit and rectify. What nonsense. It can be taken in an instant, but takes two weeks to rectify? How long have I been paying for browsing??? I want this sorted in a day! Not two weeks.
