Exactly HOW do you get away with such bad service?

It's now been 3 MONTHS since I laid a complaint of lack of connection for the CellC 3G dongle. My first complaint was laid on 7 May. For three days prior to that I'd been unable to connect, or if I did, the connection was dropped shortly after. I was told it would be sorted in 7 days, then I escalated the urgency as I rely on my connection for work and was told 4 days. I received no call within 4 days, none in 7. After 4 days, I went to my local CellC shop and said this was unviable, how do I cancel the contract? Neither they nor I could get anywhere with this request. After a month, I got my FIRST call from Cell C. Understandably, I was livid. I asked for cancellation. It's now THREE MONTHS later. I complained on Hellopeter, I was told someone would call. I reiterated I wanted cancellation; Cell C said they sent someone to test my connection OUTSIDE my house & it was fine. It wasn't, and isn't. I complained again. Cell C said Ruth would call. She didn't. I did, of course, move to a RELIABLE service provider, Telkom. My Cell C service, when I use it, is still appalling. CELL C, HOW DO YOU GET AWAY WITH IT? You charge me every month for an appalling service. Surely this is illegal?
