Mis leading and decieving of information

I went to a cell c to get a contract the lady working there was very helpfull big up to her, But there seemed to be a "minor" problem before I could open an account, she gave me a number to call of the legal dept. I phoned them and "sorted" out the "minor" problem.afterwards they said all is fine I can continue with my contract, Numerous times, so when I got there to open an acount, I couldn't due to someother story. I didn't have a problem to pay the money but now there seems to be a problem with everything, AFTER I got conformation letters from this company, which I think is misleading, how can they "OK" everything and when it comes to reality its not AFTER paying without a problem?!
