How long do we have to put up with Vodacom and their disgusting service? Are they not in breach for not supplying us with a reliable or ANY connection on cellphone and 3G? If I did not pay, I would be cut off, so how do they get away with not providing a service? When will they acknowledge the issue in Sundowner, Randburg and do something about. They have been saying they will install a tower for 3 years, I am still waiting. I am still waiting for a year for them to install a booster antenna in my complex. What about the businesses affected by their shoddy service, what about the lives at risk when a telephone call cannot be made in an emergency. They are a bunch of and care nothing about their clients and the service they offer, rather about lining their filthy pockets. They continue to and avoid the truth and never commit to fixing a service for which they have millions of people paying for but which they are not delivering!
