I have continually received poor service. On opening my Data account for my 2GB of Vodacom data I was told a) that they would pair this up with my existing cell phone account so there would only be 1 debit order. I was told that I would be on TopUp so that if I ran out of data I wouldnt get charged extra (luckily I dont use the 2GB even) but that is besides th point. Neither has materialised. I phoned so often and never came right that I actually have given up. But since I have been calling this shop since Monday to get an answer to a query I had and ended up having to call Head Office myself to get a response I feel my patience is now at an end. Constant poor service from this branch is unacceptable and I cant wait for my contracts to come to an end so I can move to someone who is more service orientated.
