On the 1st of Nov, I emailed NM to find out the status of each of the 5 lines that I currently have only to receive an email from Lauren Van Wyk to say that two of my lines are on a month to month basis as the numbers have matured!!! Now 1) why was I not informed that this is the case and given an option whether I would like to carry on on a month to month base or terminate etc. 2) Once a number has matured, I assume that the contract is completed, why then am I still being charged for BIS, CLIPS and HARDWARE?? This seems like I am paying for phones that have been paid off for from JULY 2013!!! I have tried to call the account dept at Nashua but get put on hold for 30 mins... I am infuriated as I pay almost R2k a month to you guys, and expect just a little more gratitude then received!!!
