Unauthorised billing

As expected, my previous complaint about the unauthorised billing has not been resolved. To make matters worse it has continued for a couple of months!!!
Incompetent customer services staff have not returned my call. That was over a month ago. I think its time to lay a charge with the SAPS against the Cell C CEO (Alan Knott-Craig) then well see some action.
