New cellphone contract

I made an online Samsung S4 Galaxy application on 31/10/2013 a consultant Mr F Adam called me back took my details gave me OPT number 239948 whilst on the line. He confirmed the success of my application and told me to expect delivery in 7 days max. He gave his email address as [Email Removed] . I did a follow up on 08/11/2013 and was told he would call me back to date I have not received a response from him. I feel misled and inconvinienced. What happened to customer centricity and why do they want to betray customers trust?
