SINCE FRIDAY I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS MY MEGABYTES SO AS TO BROWSE THE INTERNET. I VISITED THE FOURWAYS BRANCH AND I WAS TOLD THE TECHNICIANS ARE WORKING ON IT.
TODAY THE 11TH OF NOVEMBER 2013 I PHONED YOUR CALL CENTRE 3 TIMES AND EACH CONSULTANT GAVE ME A PASSWORD AND SMS NUMBER I SHOULD FORWARD A NUMBER 35575709. NOONE OF THESE METHODS HELPED. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONSN IN TERMS OF CHANGING MY PHONE. I HAVE HAD A BLACKBERRY AND DID NOT EXPERIENCE TOO MANY PROBLEMS, NOW I HAVE THIS S4 MINI AND I HAVE HAD PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEMS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE WHICH WAS ON THE 1ST OF OCTOBER 2013
