I am a fan of Cell C's. Been with them for years, however, since moving to Noordsig the signal is no longer excellent. Technicians came out and claimed that the signal was perfect and that my phone was faulty. I have never had a problem with my phone before, I have changed the settings (dual etc), have bought a new SIM card, and finally sent my phone in for repairs and using a replacement which a friend had been using on Vodacom with no problems. Well, I have four phone calls, all of which the person at the end of the line said was breaking up. Some calls I made I could also not hear that person. Breaking up all the time. I am trying to run a business from home but cannot work like this and it is unprofessional. I want OUT of the contract so that I can go to another supplier. I cannot see why I need to pay a monthly contract fee, when I am not receiving the service I am paying for. I need a network that works here so that I can make money!!
